I recognize “TSI” which was a hot trim of Eagle Talon. But I don’t know what that means on Grand Cherokee.

Extremely low production “sporty” trim, borrowed from Eagle. Had unique wheels, bespoke stereo, and perforated leather seats that other trims didn’t get. Only 2-3,000 made over two model years.
